I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. I specifically ordered the larger chocolate tray containing approximately 12 chocolates, as shown and available for purchase on your website. However, I received two smaller trays with only five chocolates each, which is not what I ordered. If the larger tray was out of stock, this should have been clearly indicated on your website instead of allowing me to purchase it and then substituting it with a completely different product without my consent. I would have preferred to be informed of the stock issue and given the option to choose an alternative myself. I am particularly unhappy because I am a customer ordering from Zimbabwe for delivery to my friend in the UK, and I trusted your company to deliver exactly what I had selected for her birthday. The substitution was disappointing and has affected the experience of what was meant to be a special gift. Please explain why my order was changed without my approval and advise what you can do to rectify this. I would appreciate a prompt response and an appropriate resolution.

I dont live local and so order flowers with Shorts every year to be delivered to a friend for her birthday and need a reliable florist who will take care of.my request. The flowers have always been of a consistently high quality, beautifully presented and its why each year I return to Shorts.

I didnt see my friends flowers, unfortunately I couldnt get to her funeral. Going by the photo I looked at when I ordered them, they will no doubt be lovely. We order all of our funeral wreaths from this same shop. Never had a problem.
